This is the first of three webinars focused on free elections and models for democratic transitions. This session will review the experiences of democratic transitions in Argentina, Chile, Poland, and South Africa, as well as the role of elections in those cases. In this review, the webinar will cover methods of civic resistance in these countries and analyze their impact in moving towards free elections.
